We have access to 12 brake and clutch dynamometers and 2 judder dynamometers at ASK. We have chase test rig and scale rig for wear and coefficient of friction tests as per JIS, BIS and SAE standards. Fully equipped lab for complete chemical testing, physical test, burst, scoring etc. as per QS 9000 standards.

New products are developed from time to time and tested on dynamometer and finally on test vehicles extensively.

In the inspection stage quality control parameters and eagle-eye inspection ensures that the product leaves the plant is engineered to precision. We focus on reducing the cost, increasing the productivity and enhance quality with low cost innovation by practicing kaizen. With this we keep in mind that the cost of each component is important for us which will in turn help our customers to gain market share.
